Shipping Policy

Please find information below with regards to your order, delivery, and our returns policy.

YOUR STILELIBERO ORDER

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible but please note items will ship at varying times
dependent on whether they are products held in stock or made to order. On occasion, lead times
may be extended due to the volume of orders or holidays. For products that are made to order,
we will inform you individually of the current lead times in the item details.

ITEM DESCRIPTIONS

Please note that every care has been taken to describe items and to ensure they are represented
accurately on the website photographs and copy prior to your order, in some cases, slight variations
in colours may occur. Some of our Fashion & Interior items are digitally printed. Unique characteristics
and details associated with this technique are essential to the character of our products and cannot
be classified as faults. There may be slight variations in colour and texture due to these techniques
and the fibres use to create our products.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct delivery address. It is the responsibility
of the customer to supply all the appropriate contact details for our third-party contracts
to use to enable them to deliver your parcel to the correct address. For any parcels that
do not reach their intended destination due to incorrect information being given, all charges
incurred to rectify the correct delivery or loss of will be the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS – IMPORT DUTIES & TAX

Delivery and shipping estimates can be provided on request. Final delivery costs may be subject
to additional charges such as import duties. Customers are recommended to contact their local
authorities if purchasing from outside the UK to confirm what tax and duty may be applicable.
Please be sure to check the product details on the items you have purchased, as there may be
lead times specified on the product page. We will do our best to improve lead times where possible.

 

Estimated Delivery Times
UK: 2–5 working days from dispatch
International: 7–14 working days depending on location & customs procedures

A tracking number will be provided whenever possible.

Courier Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, transit delays caused by the courier or customs are beyond the responsibility of Stilelibero Ltd. We will, however, support you with tracking and delivery enquiries where possible.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT-OFF (2025)

Our studio will close for the festive season on 20 December.
To ensure delivery in time for Christmas:

• UK orders must be placed by 18 December
• International orders must be placed by 15 December

Orders received after these dates will be processed from 6 January 2025, once we reopen.
