Mariposa Umi Silk Kimono

The Umi Kimono is cut from 100% Mulberry silk, printed with Stilelibero's original Mariposa design with abstract tones of black, charcoal, ivory, and burgundy, and vivid red and magenta accents, creating a bold, painterly effect. The print runs across the whole kimono, framed by a black silk border along the collar, the open front and the sleeve edges.

The wide, Japanese-style sleeves give the kimono its shape and let the silk move freely when you walk. Worn open, it falls loose and full length; belted at the waist with the matching silk belt, it pulls in for a more fitted line.

The silk is lightweight and sits smooth against the skin, so it layers easily over swimwear, over simple separates, or with jeans for something more casual.
